We are taking a fresh look at the Base Working Screen – a core function of Debt$Net® - and we want your input! Those who use the screen daily should have a say in the design. Tell us where you click too much, what information you need most, and how we can streamline your workflow.
Our developers have already been busy designing a prototype for a new Base Working Screen accessible via DebtNet$Millennium. With an optimized layout and quicker access to more information, efficiency is a top priority. However, in the end, your voice matters most. What works, what doesn’t, and what needs a new take. There is no such thing as too much feedback.
On September 18th we previewed the initial prototype with those who joined the September User Forum and received great suggestions – some of which have already been integrated. You can request a recording of the September User Forum from Julee Warner at julee@debtnet5.com.
Though they say a picture is worth a thousand words - this is such an integral Debt$Net® function - hands-on is the only way to go. Prestige 23 New Feature: Nightly Process Enhancements
One year ago, our new feature announced was the new Nightly Process Module. This feature allows users to run processes, custom programs, custom SQL statements, and existing Debt$Net® Report Batching function at night utilizing Microsoft Task Scheduler. Optimizing what used to be non-productive, after-hours time. This September brings even more capabilities to this time-saving feature.
Now, tasks can be scheduled for certain days of the week. To expand on processes that can be run unattended, functionality to Clear Multi-User Flags and force logouts has been added. This allows closing of the statement period to now be able to run when the office is closed.
An additional capability, Key-Value Maintenance, also increases the jobs managed by the Nightly Process Module.
The Key-Value Maintenance table allows for a more functional tool to look up data required for processes. What used to be stored in a text file or even Client 101 notes, now has a designated space.

Prestige 23 Time Tracking Update
The Time Tracking Tool in Debt$Net® allows managers to see where staff are spending their time in Debt$Net®. However, sometimes you just need to see when users log in and log out. Now there is a selection box to just include Login/Logout only on the Time Tracker Report.
