Debt$Net® is not a multi-tenant service. You establish the environment, a cloud account with the provider you choose or your own servers, and our engineers install and configure the system in it. Pick the model your auditors already understand.

No on-site servers

Your own cloud account

You establish a private cloud environment with the provider you prefer, under your own account and your own billing. Our engineers install and configure Debt$Net® in it with you. The instance, the data environment and the access rules are yours; there is no shared tenant and no vendor-held copy.

  • Provision the virtual machines and storage to the sizing we give you
  • Keep the account credentials and the billing relationship

What our engineers do

  • Install and configure Debt$Net® and its database on the machines you provide
  • Set up backups, user access and the workstation connections
  • Stay on the line through go-live and the first billing cycle

Best for: Shops that want to retire the server room, or that already run their other systems in a cloud account and want Debt$Net® inside the same audit boundary.

Premise-based

Your own servers

You deploy Debt$Net® on your own infrastructure for maximum control over your data environment and security posture. Our engineers handle the installation the same way they do in the cloud; the difference is that the hardware sits in your building and your network policies apply end to end.

  • Provide a server (or virtual machine) that meets the specification we give you
  • Keep the network, firewall and backup media under your own policies
  • Own the hardware refresh cycle

  • Install and configure Debt$Net® and its database on your server
  • Set up user access, workstation connections and the backup routine
  • Stay on the line through go-live and the first billing cycle

Best for: Organizations whose policy, client contracts or auditors require data to stay on premises, and shops that already run an on-site server they trust.

What does not change

The model is the same either way: you control the environment, we install into it. That is what keeps compliance inside your own framework.

One audit scope

Debt$Net® operates within the environment you established, so your existing policies, attestations and auditors keep covering it. Data exchanges with approved third parties, such as payment processors and credit bureaus, occur only through workflows your organization authorizes.

Payments stay with the processor

Card and bank details are handled by the payment processor you choose under its own attestation, not stored in the collection database.

Your data, portable

Your accounts, notes and history can be exported by your administrators, including if you decide to move on. The data environment is yours in both models.

Same product, same support

Debt$Net® is the same system in either model, with the same updates and the same engineers answering the phone. Support, training and updates are included with every purchase.
