What your managers see on Monday morning
Fromstart-uptoenterpriserecovery.
Whether you are launching a new agency or running an enterprise recovery floor, Debt$Net® gives you the visibility, control, and reliability to perform at every stage of growth.
Built for collection agencies, debt buyers, law firms, and original creditors of every kind: banks and credit unions, healthcare, utilities, and in-house recovery teams.
Modern technology, backed by nearly four decades of industry expertise.

One system, configured four ways
Agencies, creditors, portfolio buyers, and law firms all run on the same Debt$Net® core. What changes is the configuration, and that is done with you, not to you.
Third-Party Agencies
Work more placements with the same headcount. Notice series, promise follow-up, and client remittance run on schedule, so collectors spend the day on the phone instead of on paperwork.
Month-end closes from the system, not from a spreadsheet.
- Automated notice series
- Definable client commissions
- Client statements and remittance checks
- Collector productivity tracking
Creditor Recovery Teams
Keep first-party accounts in house with a system that applies your contact rules, documents every touch, and hands a clean file to an outside agency only when you decide to.
Every call, letter, and promise on the account, in order, with a timestamp.
- State and agency contact restrictions
- Contact notes append-only for collectors
- Payment plans and promise tracking
- Placement export to agencies
Portfolio Buyers & Servicers
Load a purchased file in the morning and have it in work by afternoon. Portfolio-level tracking, media requests, and resale reporting sit on top of the same collection workflow.
One system from purchase through resale, with the chain of title intact.
- Bulk account import and data management
- Extended debtor search
- Skip tracing and scoring
- Portfolio and client reporting
Legal Collection Practices
Pre-legal through judgment, garnishment, and cost recovery, with the trust accounting and audit history that a bar complaint or a client audit will ask for.
Trust balances reconcile to the penny because the system holds the ledger.
- Full trust accounting
- Lawsuit and judgment tracking
- Cost and fee handling by client
- User-definable screens for case data
Compliance gets simpler when the data stays in your environment
Most platforms ask you to add their cloud to your audit. Debt$Net® is installed into an environment you establish and control, your own cloud account or your own servers, so your policies, your attestations, and your auditors keep covering it.
- YoursYour InstanceDebt$Net® runs in a cloud account you establish or on your own servers; we install it there. Unlike a traditional multi-tenant SaaS model, your organization retains direct control over the hosting environment and its controls.
- ScopeOne Audit ScopeDebt$Net® operates within the environment you control, so your existing policies, attestations, and auditors keep covering it. Data exchanges with approved third parties, such as payment processors and credit bureaus, occur only through workflows your organization authorizes, which may reduce the need for separate hosting or data-processing vendor assessments.
- ControlYour Access RulesMenu-level security, user permissions, and the note history (append-only for collectors) are set and reviewed by your administrators.
- CardsCard Processing Stays OutCard processing is handled by the processor you choose, under the processor’s attestation. All other data, including the bank details kept for post-dated checks and ACH, stays in your environment.
- RulesCompliance in the WorkflowConfigurable controls designed to help your organization manage state and agency contact restrictions, communication frequency, and notice requirements, rather than leaving them to memory.
- ExitYour Data, PortableYour accounts, notes, and history can be exported by your administrators, including if you decide to move on.

Conversion is a service, not a project you run alone
Organizations move to Debt$Net® from older collection systems every year. Our data-management team does the conversion with you, in three steps.
- 01
Assess
We review your current system, data, client requirements, and the workflows your team depends on, then scope the conversion.
- 02
Convert
Our data-management team maps and migrates accounts, debtors, notes, payments, and client structures into Debt$Net® and reconciles the result with you.
- 03
Go live
Your team is trained before cut-over, and the engineers who did the conversion stay on the line through your first billing cycle.
“Twenty-one years ago, I chose Debt$Net® over a half dozen software packages. To date that decision is probably the best operational move in my thirty-nine-year receivables career.”
Straight answers before the demo
The things prospects ask us first. Anything else, send it over and an engineer will answer.
Ask a QuestionIs Debt$Net® cloud-based or installed on premise?
Both. Debt$Net® runs in a cloud environment you establish with the provider of your choice, or on your own servers, and our engineers install and configure it there with you. Either way Debt$Net® is deployed in an environment controlled by your organization, and your organization retains ownership and control of its data.
How does the 30-day trial work?
The trial is a fully functional copy of Debt$Net®, not a limited demo build. No credit card is required, and nothing commits you to a purchase at the end.
What does support include?
Every purchase includes technical support, training, and software updates. Support comes from the team that builds and maintains the platform, not a separate help-desk queue.
Who owns our data, and what happens if we leave?
You do. Your accounts, debtors, notes, and payment history live in your instance, and your administrators can export them, including if you decide to move on.
How is Debt$Net® priced?
Pricing is a personalized quote based on your organization’s size and requirements, with transparent licensing and no per-transaction surprises. Support, training, and updates are included.
Do you support agencies in Canada?
Yes. Debt$Net® has served collection organizations across the United States and Canada since 1987.
Does Debt$Net® work with our AI agent, dialer, or payment vendor?
Debt$Net® is system-agnostic. We can integrate with third-party vendors that provide suitable APIs and technical documentation, so you choose the AI agent, dialer, payment processor, and data providers you want and keep that choice as the market changes. TCN is an integrated partner for dialing, omnichannel contact, and AI-assisted agent tools, and Applied Innovation for the ClientAccessWeb client portal and payment tools. Other integrations are available through vendor partnership, and new ones are built as fixed-price custom programming.
Can the system be adapted to how we work?
Yes. User-definable screens and fields, definable commission structures, and Extended Service Options cover most needs; custom programming is available at a fixed quoted price for anything beyond that.
Ready to modernize your recovery operation?
Partner with a team that values your input, understands your challenges, and continuously evolves the platform to support your success.
