Prestige 23 Free Feature: Nightly Process Module

Ever wish there were more hours in the workday? Has running processes in Debt$Net® monopolized precious time that could best be spent elsewhere? The new Nightly Process Module offered in Prestige 23 can help regain precious time. Designed to allow agencies to run processes (such as running notices!), custom programs, custom SQL statements, and the existing Debt$Net® Report Batching feature at night utilizing Microsoft Task Scheduler. Now, what used to be non-productive time can become operative.

Prestige 23 Free Feature: Positive Payment File

Has your bank asked you to supply a Positive Payment file? A Positive Payment file is designed to prevent check fraud by providing banks with a list of issued checks for verification. This is now an available feature in Debt$Net® Prestige 23, simply as a check box on the Print Check Register menu selection.

How to Get the Free Features

Both of the September Prestige 23 Free Features are available to Prestige 23 users current on support. Reach out to 800-552-8397 to learn how you can gain both of these FREE features.

Tech Tip: Do You Know Where Your Backup Is?

Remember the classic commercial “It’s 10 pm, do you know where your child is?” The same could be said about a backup system. Beyond just making sure to have a backup system, it is imperative to also know where it is located and how you can access it if necessary. And not to add more fright to the upcoming spooky season – have you checked your backup recently? Verifying that the backup is running successfully can put your mind at ease that you are protected in case of an emergency. Adding this task to your to-do list can help you avoid a horror story.

Our Programming Team Is Growing

We are excited to introduce two new programmers to the Debt$Net® team. Ben and Josh will be working both on custom programming requests and helping us to move Debt$Net® forward with new development.

Joshua Wiseman

Josh joined the TCM team in September as a software engineer. With a strong background in full-stack programming and collegiate-level coding competitions, he is excited to put his skills to work solving some of the toughest challenges in Debt$Net®. His passion for problem-solving and continuous learning makes him a valuable addition to the team, and he’s eager to contribute to Debt$Net®’s growth while sharpening his expertise along the way.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys diving into timeless Steam games, exploring new anime, reading and occasionally just relaxing in the sun.

Benjamin LeBeau

Graduating this year with his degree in Software Development, Ben is part of the new TCM development team working to take Debt$Net® into the future. He grew up in Utah and Pennsylvania in a tech-forward do-it-yourself household. Growing up, a typical week for Ben could involve programming robots for school projects, then spending the weekend framing a house with his uncle’s construction business. The balance of technology and hands-on work has carried through his life – even leading him to start his own piano tuning and repair business to help pay his way through school.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys contributing to software projects for non-profits and staying connected to the tech community through local developer meetups. He spends most of his free time with his wife, Megan, and their 2-year-old son, Brolan. His hobbies include archery and golf, though he’ll often play video games when time or budget doesn’t allow for the others. For the record, Ben is 6’9” and no, he didn’t play basketball in school.

Coming Soon: Text Messaging ESO

TCM is excited to announce a new text messaging ESO to be available for purchase very soon. Currently, there are two customers who will be testing the module over the next few weeks. Once testing concludes, the ESO can be purchased by Prestige 23 users on support. Questions? Please reach out to Julee at julee@debtnet5.com.
